Why an ordinary viewer exposes your model.
To show a product in 3D, a regular web viewer has to send the model to the visitor’s browser. That means the geometry, and often the materials too. Whatever the browser receives can be saved.
When the design is worth something, that’s a bit like mailing out the blueprint with the brochure.
How Kova Secure prevents 3D model downloads.
Our GPU servers render your product and stream it as live video. When the visitor turns it, zooms in or picks an option, that goes to our servers and the next frame comes back.
No 3D file ever reaches the browser, so there’s nothing to download and nothing to copy. And since our servers do all the work, a full CAD assembly opens in seconds, even on an old phone.

Kova View, encrypted all the way to the browser.
Kova View shows the model in the browser, but never as a plain 3D file. It travels encrypted, in our own format, locked to your site, and only our viewer can decrypt it. That strongly discourages copying. For complete protection, though, go with Kova Secure.

Can a visitor download my model with Kova Secure?
No. The model stays on our servers and the browser only ever gets video. There’s no 3D file to download.
Do I need to simplify my file before sending it?
No need. Send it as is. Getting it ready is our job. With Kova Secure, even a full assembly opens in seconds, since the rendering happens on our side.
Which files do you need?
Your design (CAD) files or your 3D files. Don’t have either? We’ll model the product from your photos and drawings.
Does it work on phones?
Yes, in the browser, with nothing to install. With Kova Secure, the phone just plays video, so an old one is fine.
